Saturday morning fitness trainings are held at 8am every Saturday morning on the oval next to the Brighton Dojo
At the Brighton dojo we teach a traditional style of karate known as shotokan, we teach karate based on the guiding principles of the Japan Karate Association (JKA).
The Brighton dojo is proud to be directly affiliated to the Japan Karate Association and endevours to promote the training priciples as taught by the JKA.
We encourage members of the public, of all ages and back-grounds, to contact us if you have an interest in learning traditional karate, improving your fitness and having fun.
